Terms for using MyDestiny

Registration and eligibility

• MyDestiny is available only to people aged 18 or older.
• A person normally uses one real account and provides truthful basic information.
• Required contract acceptances, sensitive-data consent, newsletters, and scientific participation are presented as separate choices.

Free and Premium versions

Before an order, the app displays the plan’s features, price, currency, and billing period. Free and paying members have the same privacy rights.

When real Premium billing launches, automatic renewal, the next charge, and cancellation method must be shown clearly before approval. The current Sites MVP does not process real financial transactions.

Immediate performance, withdrawal, and refunds

Before immediate access to personalized digital results, the member separately requests immediate performance and—where the law permits—expressly acknowledges the resulting loss of the 14-day withdrawal right.

A personalized digital result already made available and a subscription period already started and used are generally non-refundable. This does not override mandatory consumer law, resolution of unauthorized or duplicate charges, or a material unresolved failure attributable to the Provider.

Test, matching, and responsibility

The visual-choice test, written assessment, Matrix Score, and ranking support dating and personal reflection. They do not guarantee a meeting, attraction, relationship, or any other outcome, and are not health care or psychotherapy.

Conduct, moderation, and account deletion

Harassment, fraud, false identity, contact with minors, unsolicited sexual content, requests for money, bulk advertising, data harvesting, and attempts to manipulate the test or Service are prohibited. Members may block and report others; the Provider may take proportionate moderation action. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
